SocialQuest AI is an educational practice app. It does not diagnose or replace professional support.
Start with the real feeling
A changed plan can feel big because the child may have already pictured what would happen next. Begin by naming the shift without blame: 'The park plan changed because it is raining. That is disappointing.'
Give the new plan a clear shape
Many children do better when the replacement plan is concrete. Use a first-then sentence, a short list, or two acceptable choices: 'First we put shoes away, then we build the train track or read on the couch.'
Practice flexibility without forcing it
Flexibility grows best with support, not pressure. A child can use movement, a quiet minute, fewer words, a visual card, or a parent-modeled phrase before trying the next step.
Use replay for everyday transitions
A SocialQuest AI mission can replay a rainy-day, closed-store, or changed-playdate moment before the child tries one small offline step. In the Little AI Minds Universe, that same gentle preview style can also support school routines and confidence-building practice.
