Refund, cancellation, and subscription policy
How paid SocialQuest AI plans renew, cancel, and handle refund requests.

Paid web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscription periods, plan price, trial terms, and renewal date are shown during checkout and in Stripe receipts.
Monthly and annual plans renew for the selected billing period until canceled. The complete renewal terms are shown before purchase.
Cancellation
Parents can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal when billing is enabled, or by contacting support if the portal is unavailable.
After cancellation, paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or applicable law requires a different result.
Refund requests
Refund requests can be sent to support. We review requests case by case, including duplicate charges, accidental purchases, technical access problems, and legally required consumer rights.
This policy does not limit mandatory rights that may apply in a customer's country or region.
Plan changes
When Stripe Customer Portal is enabled, parents can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellations, and available plan changes there.
Feature availability may depend on plan, account state, and whether AI or media-provider features are enabled in the current release.
